The topology of this residence is inspired by the Bali houses. The bedrooms are located on the ground floor, allowing easily an Air Conditioned environment and tropical bathrooms (half open to inside gardens), and the living room is located on the first floor, allowing a better view and ventilation during the day time.
This House has been designed for a young family with one child. Two extra guest rooms have been created.
The budget for the construction was also an important issue, and the house has been designed for a budget of 55,000 USD including all fittings and Air-Conditioning.
