Chapa Garden - Boutique Hotel
Sapa - Lao Cai - Vietnam

This project was the first "boutique hotel" to be built within the city of Sapa.

It is partly a refurbishement, the lower building being an extension of the colonial villa.

The Project has only four room and will have 14 rooms in the future when the extension is completed. Each room will be decorated with different features.

The hotel will also have a lounge, a Restaurant, a terrace bar and a SPA with an outside natural herbal bath.

Phase one was completed in October 2007
