Thuan Hoa Hotel
Hue City - Vietnam

The actual Hotel will be renovated into a City Resort with all facilities and entertainment for 4 star International Standards. Unlike most of the new projects in the City and the original will from the authorities to build high rise towers, UBIK proposed to design a lower building (3 to 4 stories) in order not to spoil the general atmosphere of Hue City.

Due to the esthetically poor immediate environment, most of the rooms will be overlooking the internal tropical courtyard, away from the noise of the City Center.
