Located in Ngo Quyen Street in Hanoi, this prestigious project includes the renovation of the historic building plus a 10,000 m2 extension with offices and a 350 seat conference room.

Unlike neighbouring projects under construction, a special attention has been taken to preserve the immediate environment and the historic building.

The renovation of the historic Builsing started in 2002. The extension was completed in February 2008.

UBIK has also worked on the decoration of the most important rooms of the historic building.
